Coaching Methodology
Holistic Life Coaching
This approach views the entire person as an integrated whole, understanding that all facets of a person’s life are intricately intertwined. It perceives human beings as integrated elements of the mind, body and spirit. Naturally, other important life factors are also taken into consideration including health, relationships, finance and career. Through coaching sessions, clients can enjoy the benefits of establishing a clear understanding of themselves and clarifying their personal vision to gain true joy in their lives. Moreover, clients will gain the knowledge and the skills required to amend any areas of their life with which they are not content. With clear-guided steps and support they can live a fulfilling, happy and purposeful life.
The MBTI® Instrument
The MBTI® Instrument is a prominent tool for personality assessment commonly used by individuals who endeavor to attain self-actualization. It has also often used by professionals in the work place for the same purpose, and more commonly used by organizations to enhance corporate cohesion among employees and staff. Themes such as team solidity, time management and enhanced communication skills are often addressed. The process of self-actualization is complex and multi-faceted but allows the individual to obtain a better understanding of themselves and how best to deter common obstacles in their journey to achieving their life goals.
The 3Keys Tool
3Keys is a comprehensive tool utilized to better understand one’s personality. While the MBTI tool is used to assess an individual’s personality, the 3Keys process aims to better understand the individual’s early childhood and upbringing and relate it comparatively to their personality type. The third phase of the personality assessment revolves around analyzing histories trauma (abuse, neglect etc.) that the client has endured to eventually bridge a gap between their core personality and their true inner self. The Enneagram is utilized for the second phase of 3Keys that displays our biologically inherited set of survival and defense skills that are then used to help mitigate difficult circumstances in an individual’s life. The third Key, the “inner child therapy”, aims to deconstruct programmed notions and perceptions of one’s self that was instilled in them during their childhood or upbringing. It does so through the aid of animation, therapy and visuals that the coach uses accordingly. The objective is to reinstate healthier and more nuanced programs that are aligned with the individual’s core personality.
